Our team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a Junior HR Generalist in Milan WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND TASKS You will join a smart and dynamic staff reporting directly to the Group HR Manager.

You will collaborate in: Recruitment activities On-boarding projects HR administration daily tasks People Training & Development projects HR Reporting activities Moreover, you should support the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing HR processes and procedures with the aim of ensuring an effective people management.

You will also contribute to achieving HR goals and ensures legal compliance in HR activities and documentation.

WORKING HOURS Our HR Department is active from Monday to Friday, during office hours.

However, some flexibility in scheduling is needed.

ABOUT YOU You have a Degree in Economics, Law or similar.

A post graduate Master in HR will be considered as a plus.

You are good in service orientation, communication, problem solving and attention to details You are a great team player and a passionate people listener You are capable of managing confidential information Your Italian and English languages knowledge is at a very good working level Your MS Excel skills are very good.
