The role
We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Generalist, to join our small but busy team based in our Milan office.
The Junior HR Generalist will help drive MotorK's values and philosophy through talent management activities that are strategically linked to the organisation's mission and vision.
The scope of the role is to support the design and implementation of talent management programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results.
Talent programs include onboarding, performance management, career development, career pathing, employee engagement and other strategic projects.
**The Junior HR Generalist will**:
- Support in the creation, implementation, and management of Talent Management plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives.
- Support the team with the onboarding process (optimization, material creation, new hires training, etc ) Serve as a key point of contact to the business for all onboarding matters.
- Support in the creation of long-term talent strategy programs that may include: managing training initiatives, determining talent gaps, building career paths and developing long term training plans.
- Work on additional projects across HR as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Our ideal Junior HR Generalist will be a motivated individual, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR environment.
As well as:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, or Psychology (highly preferred)
- A brief experience in HR is a strong plus.
- Proficiency level of English.
Knowledge of any other language is a strong plus.
- High degree of organisational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated.
Working pattern and location
- Monday - Friday (40 hours a week)
- Internship or Fixed Term Contract options available
- Hybrid working pattern
- Office based in Milan
