For our brand-new office located in Milano Bicocca we are looking for a: Junior HR Generalist - Internship Job Description: After establishing ourselves in Italy and starting our global expansion, we are ready to replicate our success around the world. The key of our success is our people, for this reason we need to hire professionals from all over the world to join our great team. As part of our HR team, you'll support the team in the definition and shaping of strategic plans in the following areas: talent acquisition and management, compensation & benefits, employees relations and compliance, and learning and development. In this role you will have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of comprehensive HR plans for MainStreaming's EMEA growth while keeping your colleagues happy and motivated. Key Responsibilities: Support the team in assessing and improving existing HR processes, ranging across onboarding, compensation & rewards, performance management, and benefits; Create and manage job postings on national & international portals; CV screening, first phone calls and virtual interviews with candidates; Planning and managing interviews with Hiring Managers and HR team; Support in regular administration procedures (absence recording, payroll cycle, ); Manage HR tools and platforms; Continually promote our culture to support our growth, and to retain existing talents; Data analytics and reporting. What We're Looking for: PASSION FOR THE PRODUCT: Professional attitude towards software craftsmanship including testing and a passion for writing good documentation. PROACTIVITY: You are confident enough to self-start your project and set your priority in autonomy while working with a group of international peers. EAGERNESS TO LEARN: You don't get scared of something new, we provide you an environment where you can improve every day. TEAMWORK: A high degree of collaboration, we are a team, we develop and grow together. ENGLISH: Conversational level, you will share your time within an international team. Skills: Master's degree in Humanities, Psychology or similar, master's degree in Human Resources or previous brief experience within an HR department as a plus. Excellent oral and written English. Have a basic knowledge of the main HR topics: recruiting, training, development, compensation, organization, administration. Have experience (even short) in HR-related projects. Previous (even brief) experience in Recruiting as a strong plus. Microsoft Office proficiency. What we offer: 6 months paid internship.
