**Main Responsibilities / Activities** About the Role
In this role, you would be responsible to support HR processes, programs and initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility.
You would be partnering with the business and the corporate HR team for all the relevant HR processes, including recruiting and selection, learning, organizational development, performance management, while taking care of employee relations on a daily basis.
The role would be based in the Coesia HQ in Bologna, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner Finance and Digital Operations.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation and acting as a reference point of contact for the employees in the assigned perimeter
- Delivering and supporting recruitment activities within the assigned perimeter and in coordination with corporate Talent Acquisition function, where applicable
- Supporting in the delivery of Performance Management, Salary Review and Bonus Payout processes
- Supporting organizational analyses and organizational redesign projects, including the operational activities and follow-ups in terms of organizational charts update and communication, in coordination with corporate HR Organization
- Managing all the relevant administrative tasks, including entering data into HR information systems, with a particular focus on data accuracy
- Supporting decision-making processes in relation to HR matters through the elaboration of relevant HR Reporting and analyses on the main HR KPIs
**Basic Requirements** About You
- You have up to 2 years of work experience within structured HR departments; experience within international firms would be a plus;
- You possess a Bachelor or Master Degree (Economics/ Management / Law would be preferred); if you had good knowledge of Italian Labour Law, that would be a strong plus;
- You have excellent skills in MS Excel and Power Point and, broadly speaking, a smart approach to digital tools (familiarity with ERP systems would be a strong plus);
- You have a pronounced customer-centric attitude;
- You are proficient in English and Italian.
