Riepilogo posizione:
Reporting to the HR Plant Manager, the Junior HR Plant Manager cover a responsible work, managing many aspects of the human resource department for ITT.
Incumbents in this classification partner with the leadership of the plant to provide employee and labor relations, develop leadership, identify opportunities for improvement, execute the strategic vision for HR, and support the overall achievement and success of the key functional areas of a manufacturing automotive environment.
The Junior HR Plant Manager supports the embedding of the business's strategies at various departments and levels.
In this capacity, the Junior HR Plant Manager provides input on workforce planning, business unit restructures, ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner.
The Junior HR Plant Manager will develop and administer all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments.
He/she will also be responsible for the office and operations management of the organization.
By developing and implementing various systems and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff, the Junior HR Plant Manager will help HRBP to function effectively and efficiently.
He/she provides the HR interface to the business, responsible for driving people engagement, leading and supporting the business by bringing to life the ITT People Strategy.
Responsabilità essenziali:
- Training & Development Support
- Identify and implement training and development plans that support employees professional development and improvement
- Performance Review - help to ensure proper implementation and management of appraisal processes for all the assigned employees, to develop qualified resources for the Company
- Assist Managing the Trade Union Agreements
- Employees/Industrial Relations - Assiste the HR Plant Manager to guarantee timely and appropriate fulfillment of HR administration and labour regulations requirements for assigned departments
- Guarantee and monitor compliance with the CCNL
- Continuous Improvement special projects - is a proactive resource in the implementation of special projects to involve and engage our people
Requisiti di posizione:
- Master Degree in Social or Business disciplines
- Professional use of MS Office tools
- Ability to work with different priorities
- Teamwork
- Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and proactivity.
