We are currently looking for a Junior HR Talent, Learning & Development Specialist to join our Talent, Learning and Development function in the HR team based in Milan.
This role is focused on all talent, learning & development related activities & projects.
Main activities: Update and manage the Learning Catalogue including the management of the classes/training sessionsSupport the scouting and development of new training and development opportunities/offersManage the needs analysis & LMs inputs collection in alignment with company policiesCollaborate in the management of the funded learning opportunities (formazione finanziata) with the external consultantsManage the organization of the company talent program including the external providersQualifications and requirements: Belonging to categorie protette L. 68/99 is a mustHigh school qualification, bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent qualification; a master in HR Management & Organization is a plusAt least 1 year of working experience in this role and/or in similar roles in the HR department with the motivation to grow as a specialist in the Talent, Learning & Development field. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAccountable, well-organized and detail-orientedProactive and a good team playerAdvanced knowledge in the use of the Office/Outlook packageEnglish fluency, both in speaking and writingSeniority levelEntry level
