We are currently looking for aJuniorHR Talent, Learning & Development Specialistto join our Talent, Learning and Development function in the HR team based in Milan.
This role is focused on all talent, learning & development related activities & projects. Main activities:Update and manage the Learning Catalogue including the management of the classes/training sessions Support the scouting and development of new training and development opportunities/offers Manage the needs analysis & LMs inputs collection in alignment w/company policies Collaborate to the management of the funded learning opportunities (formazione finanziata) with the external consultants Manage the organization of the company talent program including the external providersQualifications and requirements:Belonging tocategorie protette L. 68/99is a must High school qualification, bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent qualification, a master in HR Management & Organization is a plus At least 1 year of working experience in this role and/or in similar roles in the HR department with the motivation to grow as specialist in the Talent, Learning & Development field.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Accountable, well organized and detail-oriented Proactive and good team player Advanced knowledge in the use of the Office/Outlook package English Fluency, both in speaking and writing
