Junior Human Resources Generalist
Who You'll Work With**:
- You will be based in our Milan office in Italy as a member of our HR team as HR generalist. - You will work with HR colleagues and operations teams in our regional office.

You will report to the HR manager.
**What You'll Do**:
- You will support a diverse myriad of HR processes.
You will provide counsel and advice to stakeholders on a wide range of employee relations and personnel matters, escalating to the manager of HR and/or firm Legal as needed. - You will play an essential role in taking our HR function to the next level by supporting our colleagues in our offices.
You will report to the HR manager and will have ownership or act as back-up for key HR processes and functions.
You will be expected to deliver exceptional support to our colleagues, while ensuring the firm is compliant with all legal requirements.
Some of the processes may include administering benefits for the region (actual and new), leading our learning analysis, plans and solutions for Milan office, standardize, consolidate, update and organize People policies and procedures across Milan office, support development of employee engagement initiatives, develop and support HR analytics, participate in different HR projects on demand, support employee queries, among others. -
- This will be a temporary role that will last for up to 12 months.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree; Master and/or other professional degree in HR will be a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a global organization with progressing responsibilities in HR, preferably with a multi-country scope
- Maturity, empathy and gravitas to professionally handle sensitive people matters - minimizing liability for the firm and finding amicable solutions
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset to lead change and think strategically
- Strong knowledge of relevant statutory labor laws, regulations and various rulings
- Familiarity with various types of Rewards & Recognition schemes / benefits
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for the details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and remote environment
- High level of flexibility - being able to work across different time zones and travel as required
- Strong ownership evident through responsibility and accountability for end results
