How you will do it Manage Sales Agents and work with them to ensure they have the full technical and commercial support and promote sales. Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for individual Sales Agents and for the area. Monitor the Sales Agents' performances and motivate them to reach targets. Target opportunities within our HVAC sector that translate into profitable growth. Develop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the YORK brand across the area. Achieve the target for sales in the assigned area. Deal directly with major customers within the assigned area. Develop long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users. Understand the customer base needs and work to align them with JCI products and services. Seek for York/Johnson Controls to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment in the assigned area. Partner with other sales teams to maximize profit generation, influencing specifications (end-users, consulting engineers) and managing pricing (contractors). Keep up to date with products and competitors. Grow and update the pipeline regularly. Report punctually to your manager. What we look for Previous experience within the HVAC industry with a special focus on chillers applications. Sales experience within the chiller market and a proven track record. Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience. High level of creation of new accounts and opportunities. Strong communicator with a proven track record of developing sales within a commercial environment. Excellency in verbal and written communication skills.
