Junior Integration Analyst
The person will work closely with functional analysts and system administrators to understand and deliver complex requirements, identify gaps and technical limitations, propose solutions and formalise the design of integration architectures in technical design documents.
In this role you will be part of a young, highly qualified and motivated team.
He/she will have the opportunity to grow in the role or in other business positions and will be exposed to technologies such as the cloud (Amazon Web Services, Azure Cloud) and become proficient in the use of integration technologies from various vendors.
**Responsibilities**:
- As a Junior Integration Analyst you will have the following responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of the Senior Integration Analyst to provide integration solutions for assigned business areas.
- Understand the systems, technologies of various integration solution vendors and what is required to make them talk to each other
- Document the workflow required to meet deliverables and maintain documentation of integration requirements and the chosen solution
- Interact with end users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.
- Collect, manage and summarise requirements from key stakeholders.
- Provide work estimates to project managers as required based on collected requirements.
- Translate business requirements and use cases to develop and deliver functional/technical specifications, requirements documents, detailed use cases for new product features or functionality.
- Work with development, QA, vendor professional services during design and implementation of integrations
- Analyses and ensures performance requirements are met.
- Reviews test plans with the team.
- Provides post-implementation support.
- Actively participate in meetings.
- Ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Demonstrate new functionality to end-users seeking input on future direction.
- Participates in user focus groups and requirements workshops, vendor training and demonstrations.
- Supports others on topics related to the functional area.
**Qualifications**:
- The Integration Analyst will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to think critically and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
- Collaboration with integration development staff and end users is essential for this position.
