RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Internal Audit Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Division.
MissionThe role of Junior Internal Audit Advisor is focused on supporting the management and deployment of internal audits within the RINA group societies in accordance with industry standards.
As part of the Global Internal Audit team, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of internal audit processes.
Key AccountabilitiesDeveloping and acquiring knowledge and qualifications to perform various types of internal audit through specialized training programs and on-the-job training, tailored to your personal development goals agreed with the IA management. Supporting IA management in preparing, delivering, reporting, and following up internal audits in compliance with IIA standards, utilizing custom RINA corporate tools. Assisting IA team leaders in gathering and preparing audit-related documents, such as organizational documents, financial reports, and contracts, for effective auditing processes. Participating in audits as an observer, Auditor or specialist, conducting activities like interviews, document analysis, and specimen evaluation in collaboration with the audit team. Collaborating with the team leader to compile audit reports, including findings cards, and supporting in the follow-up of audit results. Keeping skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date to ensure proficiency in performing internal audits. Contributing to maintaining accurate internal records and data relevant to the IA process, ensuring completeness and reliability. EducationBachelor's Degree in Economics
Qualifications1–2 years of work experience, preferably in roles involving Audit of Financial Statements, Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit. Good knowledge of Italian regulations on administrative liability of societies, including laws 231/01 and 262/05. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential to effectively communicate and collaborate within the global team and with stakeholders.
