Hongfa Europe GmbH was founded in 2003 as the European distribution center of the Chinese group Xiamen Hongfa Electroacoustic Co. , Ltd. From our headquarters in Maintal (near Frankfurt am Main), we supply electromechanical relays to our European customers, who are mainly active in the household appliances, mechanical engineering, smart metering and automotive industries.

**Junior Internal Sales (M/F/d) Italy**:

- Resident in Milano Areas_

**Your tasks

The main task will be to operate as back office for Sales Team, initially mainly dedicated to one customer.

Possible other tasks:

- Support General Manager / Sales Manager on the business management for Key Customers.

- Operate in SAP and CRM to follow up internal activity.

- Support Management to Create Report for periodical business Review.

- Manage memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports as needed.

**Your competences

- Technical education in electric or electronic, alternative Business Management

- Technical background would be an advantage

- Sales Experience

- High capacity and availability for back office activity in cooperation with Senior Sales, Sales Manager and General Manager of Hongfa Italy.

- Business fluent in Italian and English for a confident appearance, further foreign language skills would be an advantage

- Confident handling of MS Office and the enterprise resource planning system SAP CRM

- Excellent verbal communication skills, report and presentation

- Ability to organize yourself and others (organization talent)

- Self-motivation, confident

- Ability to set and achieve goals

- Stress resistant, well organized, results focused

- Ability to work in an international environment
