**We are rapidly growing and looking for a Junior** International Consultant to join our talented team in Milan, Italy.

By joining AX for Pharma, you'll work with a dedicated team of people, making a difference by enabling our pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients to improve health outcomes and save lives.

**What You'll Do**:

**User Training and Support**: Your role will involve optimizing the system for ease of use and providing training to employees on its functions.

**Customer Service**: You will directly interact with customers and clients to identify their organization-related needs.

You will then integrate these needs into a comprehensive plan that serves the company's entire customer base.

**Interpersonal Competence**: You will develop skills in managing relationships, interactions, and transactions with others.

This includes skills such as confrontation, risk-taking, collaboration, conflict management, and relationship-building.

**What You Need to Be Successful (Required Qualifications)**:

- Master's degree in Engineering, Economy, or a related field.

- Excellent analytical, proactive "problem solver, " focused on quality results.

- Demonstrated innovation mindset, creative and able to think "out-of-the-box"

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English).

Good knowledge of at least one of the following languages will be a plus: German, Spanish, and French.

- Willingness to participate in a training program to quickly develop managerial skills.

- Strong motivation to tackle and overcome challenges.

- Ability and willingness to travel (inter)nationally.

- A high level of understanding of how to model business processes supported by integrated systems.

- Technical skills would be advantageous.
