Nestlé is looking for a person to be part of the **Global IT Hub Graduate Program**, with the objective of identifying and retaining junior talents in STEM and Economics, while also providing young professionals with the unique opportunity of working for the largest food & beverage company in the world!

You will be working in the **Milan Global IT Hub**, one of Nestlé's flagship divisions.

This Hub is Nestlé's IT center of excellence, comprised of a multicultural and diverse team of IT professionals driving the biggest IT operations landscape and digital transformation in the FMCG industry.

**Program Snapshot**:

- Located in the Nestlé Global IT Hub in Milan, Italy.

- Full-time, 2-year apprenticeship contract.

- 3 rotations in different IT departments or areas throughout the program.

- Structured development program supported by cross-functional trainings.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Graduates and graduands in Engineering Management, Economics, Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Design, or any similar STEM.

- Perfect command of the English Language in all its forms - Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading.

- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 programs.

- Result oriented and collaborative mindset.

- Multicultural awareness.

- Open-mindedness, flexibility, and curiosity.

- Business intimacy.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of the digital and IT world

- Project Management

- Knowledge of the Agile methodology

- Data analytics and reporting

**Salary**:

30. 000K starting annual salary with planned increases during the program
