BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a Junior Consultant to be involved in an operation and communication Cloud project for an important client in the insurance field in Munich.

**Junior IT PMO - Communication**:

BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a Junior Consultant to be involved in an operation and communication Cloud project for an important client in the insurance field in Munich.

The resource will support the service management function in communication activities for technical topics and administrative tasks.

**Main Activities**:

Update documentation and Service Offering deck for the internal client Intranet;

Create new blogpost to promote new Service releases and new features/expansion of existing services in alignment with Service Manager/Product Owner;

General maintenance of the IT Cloud page page on Connect interface and icons, add pages for new services, check comments and answer them;

**End-to-end management of the Newsletter**: define the contents to be published, engage the different stakeholders and provide them support on the draft of the content, provide enhancements and ideas to the current newsletter template and content, maintenance of Newsletter distribution list;

**End-to-end management of the Cloud Conference event**: Alignment with the stakeholders to find the most important topics and event agenda finalization, engage speakers defined in the Agenda, maintenance of Cloud Community invitees list;

**Requirements**:

Bachelor Degree's (background in Marketing and Management is highly appreciated);

Between 6 months and 1 year of similar previous experience;

Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;

Strong interest in IT topics;

Basic Cloud knowledge and IT management will be considered as a plus;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory;

Fluent in English; German or Italian are nice to have;

Willing to business trips to Munich.
