The opportunity:We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist (remote) to join our team.

RAL:€30-40 K

Responsibilities:Management and support of Office 365, EntraID, and Intune servicesImplementation, monitoring, and evolution of security and compliance policiesTechnical support for employees regarding company services and devicesSupport in the automation of processes for other company functionsTraining and guidance for new employees on company tools and security protocols. Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in similar rolesAdvanced knowledge of the Office 365 suite, EntraID, and IntuneKnowledge of Windows (10+) and macOS operating systemsFamiliarity with cybersecurity and compliance topicsAbility to resolve problems effectively and promptlyExperience in enterprise device management (Intune/Jamf)Nice to have: Microsoft certifications (e. g. , Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate).
