We are looking for a JUNIOR IT SPECIALIST to support HQ users helpdesk and troubleshooting, to deploy and manage HQ users' company devices, and to support the administrative company networks. Responsibilities Telephone: Support the management of the telephone system that includes the mobile phones and tablets for the stores and HQ. Support the coordination of various procedures of network management. People Counter: Management of the people counter in the stores. Minimum Requirements At least medium level of O. S. client and server (Windows, Apple, Linux). Intermediate knowledge of mobile systems (Android, Apple). Familiarity with personal productivity tools. Team player. Confidentiality. Problem-solving skills. Stress management. Accountability. Strong communication skills.
