The Role You Will Play :
Request Manager : You will receive and manage requests via phone, email, and CRM, ensuring that every query is addressed promptly and efficiently.
Ticketing System Expert : Your ability to record reports through our Ticketing System will be crucial in maintaining organized and accurate documentation.
Problem Diagnostician : Conducting problem diagnosis will be a key part of your role, allowing you to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Issue Resolver : You will resolve issues or escalate them to the second level, ensuring that all problems are addressed in a timely manner.
Requirements You may not have all of these qualities, but we believe you would excel in this role with these characteristics!
Educational and Professional Mastery : You have a technical diploma in Computer Science or Electronics, or equivalent experience in IT.
Your educational background equips you with the skills needed to excel in this role.
Technical Fluency : Your knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) and common software applications (Office Suite) will enable you to handle diverse technical challenges.
Familiarity with POS software in the F&L sector will be considered a plus.
Interpersonal Savvy : You excel in communication, demonstrating patience, empathy, and strong time management skills.
Your customer-oriented approach will ensure that every client feels valued and understood.
Linguistic Agility : You are fluent in Italian and have a good command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively in our diverse and inclusive workplace.
