**About the Company**: for a multinational market leader in the consumer electronics, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a **Junior IT Support Specialist**.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- The selected person will be placed in a dynamic context within the MediaWorld Technologies team which provides technical assistance through the 1st and 2nd level ServiceDesk service, interfacing directly with the headquarter, stores, warehouses and other facilities users.
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT knowledge, including creating and updating documentation, processes, and procedures related to IT support and maintenance together with the internal product teams.
- Monitor and facilitating IT problems and incidents resolution, working with other IT teams and stakeholders to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Assist in the procurement and deployment of IT equipment and software for internal teams and departments.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to develop and implement new IT solutions that improve the overall performance and efficiency of the organization.
- Manage and follow up with external vendors and partners, ensuring that service level agreements are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
**Requisiti**:
**Must Have**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders.
- Good Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- English language speaker.
**Nice to Have**:
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, is a plus.
- Keen to be occasionally involved in out of hours work to meet crucial deadlines or to support events
