- At least 1 year of experience in enduser IT support

- Experience in Windows roll-out: Imaging and automated deployment of Windows 7/10

- Knolwdege of Microsoft end-user technologies including: Windows Operating System / Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with ticketing systems

- Good English

**Your Tasks**:

We are looking for a Junior IT Technician with experience in desktop IT support to be assigned to roll-out project (LabPC/Automated PC) at one of our customers' site.

Location: Bollate (North Milan)

Main tasks:

- Physical Move of the LabPCs

- Preparation of duplicated LabPC(s) for the new instrument(s)

- Updating information in the system for all concerned devices by following the appropriate documentation

Temporary contract: 2 months (with possibility of extension).
