Reporting directly to the National Key Account Manager, we are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager for our division in Italy. This person will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager in achieving the defined sales, distribution, and growth objectives for the assigned clients and ensuring that the company strategic guidelines are followed, while promoting Company principles and values. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales, distribution and assortment objectives in the assigned customers (WHS, Chains and Networks). Actively contribute to the definition of the commercial policy and the sell-out plans by key customer and by channel. Ensure proper execution and implementation of the agreed policy, in terms of discounts, economic conditions, trade budgets, and promotional plans. Provide accurate sales and trade budget forecasts and constantly monitor key customers' performance versus target, in order to timely identify deviations and propose necessary actions to ensure objective achievement. Negotiate commercial agreements with key customers according to company guidelines. Build durable and trustworthy relationships with key customers aiming at achieving mutual long-term satisfaction. Provide regular analysis of sales/stock in trade and budget statistics, track the agreed sales KPIs, and share actual results versus targets addressing deviations with adequate action plans to ensure objective achievement. Minimum Requirements University Degree with a Scientific and Economic background would be a plus. Background in Pharma/Medical Device Business in Italy would also be beneficial. Knowledge of wholesale channels. Communication and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Good level of English.
