Main Responsibilities: We are looking for a brilliant and enterprising Junior Key Account Construction Market and Wholesalers to join Diadora Utility.
The ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Diadora Utility Sales Manager Italy will be in charge of the following activities: FINANCIALS/STRATEGY Analyze, monitor and deliver sales targets and other KPI in relation to assigned area of competence Define a clear and comprehensive channel plan in cooperation with Area Manager Address distribution and commercial policy across the whole customer portfolio Support for Trade show, events, open house including supervision and preparation MARKET/CUSTOMERS Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using internal and key account metrics Expand the relationships with key customers by developing a clear understanding of their needs and requirements Negotiate price increase and discounts with whole customer portfolio, define and present yearly sales targets to top partners Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Develop and support sell-out activities engaging key customers CRM Full use of CRM to speed up the flow of information through the organization and the market Identify top channel opportunities in collaboration with Area Manager, define the plan to win them and track them through CRM COOPERATION WITH OTHER DEPTS Support merchandising and demand department adjusting forecasts on a monthly basis, according to the sales trend and/or special sales Act as the link of communication between the market and Utility internal teams Work with Merchandising, product and Sales dept.
for special products developments and SMU Check and update samples delivery for agents/channel Check credit limit and unpayment reports in coordination with credit department Skills & Experiences: Bachelor Degree in Economics and/or Sales Strategy Experience as Key/Sales account (1-2 years) Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM proficient (SalesForce.com) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational level Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Ability in problem-solving and negotiation Italian native speaker and fluent English Third foreign language a plus Spend time on the field (min.
