Responsabilit As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in boosting sales and strengthening relationships with key clients.
Working alongside the Key Account Manager, your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
In particular, the main tasks will be: Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to cultivate and manage robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty Assist in closing deals by ensuring contracts are completed promptly and within the agreed terms, directly impacting the company's sales objectives Keep a close eye on sales performance, assist in forecasting, and contribute to effective inventory management to meet market demand Stay ahead of market trends, competitor actions, and evolving customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance our competitive edge Provide valuable feedback to product development and marketing teams, helping to refine product offerings and drive market penetration Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing key account portfolio, contributing to the company's growth strategy Functie-eisen Requirements: At least 1-year experience in Key Account sales, with a proven ability to support and drive commercial outcomes Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Business administration, or a related field Solid understanding of production planning processes, stock management in sales, and the broader market landscape Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and strategic planning Goal orientation, proactivity and consistency in action Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the talent to build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft 365, with a working knowledge of tools to support sales and account management Proficiency both in English and Italian Availability for business trips within Italy as required Seize the chance to be a key player in the commercial success of a global telecom leader, apply now!
