About the role In the role of Junior Key Account Manager Italy, you are a vital element to deliver our growth ambition and build our organization. You will join the Retail Italy Team. The main focus of this team is the food retail and drugstores environment. We rely on your skills to fully leverage our growth potential, especially in these channels and identify further channel hunting grounds.

What can you expect to work on? You are customer driven. Your goal is to support the team in building long-term partnerships with Food Retail retailers. You are responsible for achieving revenue targets for the assigned perimeter. You are responsible for presenting product innovations to your customers. You are responsible for defining long-term promotional plans with assigned clients. You are the P&L and the product mix owner. You provide accurate forecasting data. You will support the Retail team with market and competitor analysis to identify new potential business opportunities. What you offer us: You have at least 2-3 years of Sales experience, with proven track records in similar sales channels, Account management and/or Business Development. You hold a degree in economics, preferably with sales or marketing focus. You are familiar with the dynamics of the Retail environment in Italy. You have a strong passion for fitness and functional nutrition with an interest in building long-term partnerships with customers for our premium brand. You are very communicative: you love engaging people, you are also highly organized, structured with an analytical mindset. You have experience in sales techniques such as presentations, moderations, and FMCG negotiation methods. You are a true team player, always willing to support other team members for the benefit of the company. You speak Italian and English (fluent) – other languages would be a plus.
