For our important client, a prestigious International Law Firm, Maw spa is looking for a Junior Lawyer to join the Corporate M&A Department.

The selected candidate will support the team in extraordinary transactions, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory services for national and international clients.

Responsibilities: Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documentation (articles of association, shareholders' agreements, resolutions, NDAs, SPAs, SHAs, etc. ).

Supporting M&A transactions, legal due diligence, and negotiations.

Providing legal advice on corporate governance, company law, and relevant regulations.

Conducting legal research and staying updated on corporate and M&A-related regulations.

Liaising with clients, counterparties, and other professionals involved in transactions.

Requirements: Law degree with excellent academic records.

Bar qualification or ongoing legal traineeship.

1-3 years of experience in structured law firms with a focus on corporate law/M&A.

Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Precision, analytical skills, and problem-solving attitude.

Teamwork orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

Master's degree or LL. M.

in Corporate Law/M&A.

Experience in cross-border transactions.

Familiarity with legal tech tools and legal databases.
