For our important client, a prestigious International Law Firm, Maw spa is looking for a Junior Lawyer to join the Corporate MA Department.

The selected candidate will support the team in extraordinary transactions, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory services for national and international clients. Responsibilities:Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documentation (articles of association, shareholders' agreements, resolutions, NDAs, SPAs, SHAs, etc.

). Supporting MA transactions, legal due diligence, and negotiations. Providing legal advice on corporate governance, company law, and relevant regulations. Conducting legal research and staying updated on corporate and MA-related regulations. Liaising with clients, counterparties, and other professionals involved in transactions. Requirements:Law degree with excellent academic records. Bar qualification or ongoing legal traineeship. 1-3 years of experience in structured law firms with a focus on corporate law/MA. Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Precision, analytical skills, and problem-solving attitude. Teamwork orientation and strong interpersonal skills. Master's degree or LL. M.
