**THE IMPACT**:
Carries out advisory and guidance activities in the legal, corporate affairs and compliance fields, placing itself as a center of competence for corporate functions.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Monitoring legal compliance of the company quoted on the stock exchange in collaboration with the Investor Relations function and the internal and external control bodies (e. g.
ODV, internal audit, etc.
)
- Support to corporate functions on all legal issues, where necessary, with the support of external lawyers
- Support to Group companies abroad with regard to issues in the legal and compliance area of particular importance, monitoring their compliance
- Support to the direct manager in activities related to legal and corporate affairs, including governance and M&A activities
- Drafting and monitoring of compliance procedures
- Support, where required, to the corporate functions in the regulations' interpretation
- Convey regulatory updates received from studies or external bodies to the company functions concerned
- Ensure all activities aimed at ensuring the adequacy of the legal archive
- Collaborate, where necessary, with insurance brokers
- Other activities relating to the day by day management of legal and compliance affairs
**Requisiti**:
- Degree in Law (no qualification required)
- Previous experience (thesis or internship) in similar role will be considered a plus
- Fluent English
- Willingness to learn and growth
- Able to manage and solve problems
- Time Management
