We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our Electrification business.

As Junior Legal Counsel and member of Electrification Regional legal team in Europe, you will ensure support to EL businesses in Italy.

**This position reports to**:

Legal Counsel

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop close working relationships with the internal customers including the management.

- Cross border legal support.

- Strong experience and management of privacy matters.

- Participate and give assistance in Contracts, Agreements, Consortium.

- Review bids, negotiations, contracts, policies and other legal documents from vendors, customers and other third parties ensuring compliance with policies.

- Support in managing contractual claims.

- Participate in and promote activities to ensure employees conduct business in compliance with the directives and the local laws.

- Implement the compliance/integrity Group program.

- Provide training to employees on contractual matters.

**Your background**:

- A Law degree with certificate in legal practice or subsequent legal/professional qualifications;

- A practicing lawyer with at least 2/3 years' working experience in a major corporation or in a leading law firm;

- Good knowledge of English language;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills and being able to work effectively with business clients;

- Self-motivated and being able to progressively work with autonomy.
