We are looking for a full time Junior Legal Counsel who will be asked to support the Legal & Compliance Team in analyzing and monitoring the relevant Italian legal framework, providing opinion and drafting memo on legal and compliance matters, drafting, reviewing and maintaining precedent documents and templates, handling contract disputes with third parties, drafting and negotiating contracts, drafting guidelines and policies, providing support in compliance cases.
