For the Italian Marketing Company of Janssen (Cologno Monzese, Milan) we are looking for 1 Junior Legal Counsel in the Legal Department, to be hired with a TEMPORARY CONTRACT (1 YEAR).

The position is based in the Milan area (Cologno Monzese)

The Junior Legal Counsel will report into the Senior Legal Counsel.

The person will be part of a team of 3 lawyers for Janssen Italy, and approximately 120 J&J lawyers in EMEA and will be primarily responsible for the following activities.

**Key Activities

The Junior Legal Counsel will be supporting the following activities:

- Support Legal Team for drafting of legal documents such as standard contracts, correspondence, memoranda, summaries;

- Supporting the day-by-day legal affairs of the Company;

- Review and update internal standard procedures and training materials.

- Assisting in the implementation of corporate governance activities (such as drafting of the convocations and minutes of the Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings);

- Analyze National and International documents on key business matters;

- Attend business meetings on company projects, interacting with the internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications

Requirements

- Master's degree in Law

- Previous experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a multinational company

- Ability to work in a multi department and dynamic environment

- Good skills of ownership, accountability and communication

- Very good knowledge of Italian and English language

- Ability to build positive relationship

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
