:) Esprinet Italy is looking for a JUNIOR LEGAL SPECIALIST FOR A FIXTED TERM CONTRACT (12 MONTHS)   (1-2 years of PQE) with a strong ethic of work, passion for ICT, specialised in Civil and Contractual Law , who is interested in training and professional growth, to be placed within the legal department of the parent company The resource will be responsible for the following activities: Support in the drafting and review of international commercial contracts with clients and vendors and in the analysis of related legal issues.

Study and analysis of contractual documentation relating to public and private tenders.

Support in pre-litigation and litigation management.

Monitor BPM platforms and their evolution so that they are always aligned with the Group's needs and adopted methodologies.

Monitor compliance with budgets, timeframes, contractual conditions, regulations of the different projects; Ensuring consistent and ongoing alignment among the different stakeholders involved in the processes (both the company departments involved in the projects and the external consultants); Study of relevant legislation and support in drafting legal opinions.

drafting and updating procedures and file management The ideal candidate has a degree in Law (LMG-01), possibly with a focus on IT Law and Software.

Courses or Masters in business contracts; Tech-Law & Digital Transformation; Technology law & legal innovation, or Legal Project Management will be considered as a plus.

REQUIREMENTS Master's Degree in Italian Law (LMG-01) Previous internship experience within law firms or in legal departments of structured companies (1-2 years PQE).

Good knowledge of procurement regulations; Knowledge of regulations on purchasing and contracting of goods and services and passion for the ICT sector; Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel and Power Point).

Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written B2) will be required to attend meetings in English, to understand and draft correspondence and documents.

Knowledge of the Spanish or French language will be considered a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate at different levels.

Ability to work in an international team; Excellent organisational skills and ability to plan work within deadlines; Autonomy, proactivity and lateral thinking; Demonstrated ability to work towards objectives with persistent determination.

Ability to listen, to research and manage information, to analyses situations and prepare a synthesis; Confidentiality, reliability, respect for rules, ethics.
