JOB DESCRIPTION

- Support the Legal Counsel in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of different types of national and international commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, distributors, agents, business brokers, consultants in general;

- Management of legal issues related to the structuring, drafting and negotiation of different types of contracts, with a special focus on insurance matters;

- Supporting Company functions in the implementation of the contractual models;

- Support operation and supply chain teams on claims;

- Corporate Governance Issues;

- Assistance in favor of other company functions;

- Cooperation with external law firms for the purpose of managing legal proceedings;

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, EDUCATION

- Master's degree in Law;

- Previous experience of 1-2 years in national or international structured law firms, dealing with civil, commercial and corporate law or in a similar role in the legal offices of multinational companies dealing with insurance matters (even if not belonging to the same industrial sector as SPIG) constitute a preferential title;

- Strong motivation, great precision, attention to detail and passion for the legal sector with a business-oriented point of view;

- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;

- Good stress management and problem-solving skills;

- Predisposition to teamwork, also characterized by marked interdisciplinary profiles;

- Excellent command of the main IT tools;

- Availability for short trips in Italy and abroad;

- Fluent knowledge of both written and spoken English.

Knowledge of a second language is a preferential title;

- Honesty, loyalty, fidelity, correctness, result orientation are essential qualities.
