**DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a **Junior Logistic Specialist** joins the Bata logistics area to support the team in the coordination of transport, warehousing and stores.

The Junior Logistic Specialist will have the opportunity to work alongside the team by supporting the coordination of transport, storage and distribution processes towards the points of sale. The resource will support actively in the management of daily logistics operations, interfacing with various players, both internal and external, to ensure the efficiency and timeliness of the service.

**KEY CHALLENGES

- Support the team in managing logistics activities at the European level, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of goods movement operations between countries

- Support in managing shipment documentation (Bills of Lading, Invoices)

- Support in managing the loading and unloading of goods

- Support in warehouse operations with a focus on inbound and outbound activities, monitoring the receipt and shipment of goods

- Support in managing outsourced warehouses

- Support in managing relations with couriers

- Support in managing distribution to stores

**Requisiti**:

- Degree - preferably in Management Engineering, Economics or similar fields

- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation (transport documents, invoices)

- Good knowledge of the Office Suite, in particular Excel

- Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines

- Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information

- Critical spirit on the various processes with the aim of optimising them
