Position Summary

Job Purpose

Contribute to lead the implementation of the Samsung Online Shop strategy, working closely with Sales Divisions business units to increase online direct sales, achieve the defined targets, driving profitable revenue.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful & smart professional will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- Develop and run the online commercial strategy according with Marketing Team and Sales Business Units;

- Define an execute online commercial plan, closely working with Sales business units;

- Online Shop product catalogue management;

- Activities and promotions ROI/Profit analysis;

- Coordinate SCM to secure stock and goods availability, optimizing stock rotation;

- Plan and execute traffic building and Search Engine Marketing campaigns (SEM), increasing conversion;

- Highlight and suggest policies and procedures that can improve internal processes and collaboration between different departments;

- Investigate and report arising operational/technical issues;

- Secure e-commerce platform optimization, managing and deploying changes and functional improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

University Degree in Economics and excellent level of English both written and spoken.

3-5 years' experience in the same role within structured companies having international exposure.

Business acumen combined with a strong consumer connection, excellent capabilities of evaluating market opportunities, strong result orientation.

Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, dynamic, determined and able to effectively interact with other company functions.

Ability to work in a highly paced and stressful environment.
