The VIE will work under the supervision of the local Head of Marketing and Communication providing support for the following activities: Management of internal and external communication activities, including mass-mailing. Edit content and layout for different marketing materials (i. e. presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other communication materials to be distributed during clients' events). Proofreading. Realisation of events for customers and prospects (mainly in Milan but also in Rome, Turin, and Padova). Feed the event pipeline and keep the monitoring tool up-to-date. Monitor the commercial achievements resulting from each event. Weekly coordination with the International Communication Department. Arrange and manage internal meetings for staff. Provide support to our commercial network in gathering information about clients to develop an appropriate marketing strategy and plan. Procurement of branded materials (gadgets, stationery, cadeaux, etc. ) respecting Group guidelines. Feed content on the intranet, preparation of reports and forms, and administration activities.
