Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s.

Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins.

Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

For our office in Milan, we are looking for you as a passionate and proactive junior marketer, who has a digital marketing-first attitude and a natural affinity for music, fashion, and culture to help drive our marketing activities and maximize brand presence in Milan and the rest of Italy.

Junior Marketing Coordinator (M/F/x)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support in Office coordination

- Plan and Report Social Media calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Lead

- Support Online and Offline Local Activations execution and reporting

- Coordinate daily product orders and shipments

- Coordinate Retail seasonal campaign artworks request and physical execution

- Support Product Placement and seeding activities in collaboration Marketing Lead

- Support ADV campaign executions

- Be our eyes and ears on the ground

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum expérience in similar role preferred ; 3rd/4th year student within Marketing, Communication Management, Sports/Fashion Management or other related fields

- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- MS Office skills (especially Keynote, PowerPoint and Excel)

- Well-organized, communicative and eager to contribute to team success

- Strong interest in digital/social media - connected to new technologies

- Good knowledge, deep connection and understanding of fashion, music, skate, art and pop culture

- Skills such as multitasking, managing information and problem-solving, creativity
