As our Junior Marketing Manager in Italy, you can actively shape Planted's future in Italy by generating a unique brand awareness!

**Your mission**:

- Supporting the Marketing Manager Italy on all tasks and projects in alignment with the Global brand & Marketing Team

**Digital Marketing**:

Social Media:_

- You are responsible for Planted's SoMe strategy from planning an exciting and insightful editorial plan to the actual execution on our channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and Linkedin)

- Establishing and implementing successful digital campaigns

- Building a strong and engaged community and managing Influencer & Celebrity Relations

- Responding to customer comments and consultations in a friendly and timely manner.

**_ Website & Webshop:_

- Managing and updating website content (news, new products, recipes )

- Managing our webshop in close contact with operations/logistics: monitoring the stock, providing assistance to customer requests, managing claims

**_ Newsletter:_

- You're responsible for Planted's monthly newsletter in Italy and lead generation activities

**General Marketing**:

- Conducting regular and profound Market analysis and reporting by monitoring the plant-based meat market in the country, including competitors, trends, numbers, providing useful reports for decision making and country strategy.

Creating reports, marketing plans and budgets in strong collaboration with the IT Marketing Manager.

- Leveraging our B2B partnerships with marketing support, campaigns, events and tastings ensuring our brand's visibility.

- Producing or coordinating the agencies/freelancers in the creation of graphic materials for different purposes (presentations, brochures, POS materials )

- Supporting the launch of new products in close collaboration with R&D, Marketing and Product Managers.

**PR/Press/Events**:

- You're responsible for Planted's event presence in Italy, continuously searching for fitting events (offline & online) for Planted, and taking care of the whole organization with the support of agencies and the Events Team.

**You**:

- Have a marketing & communication education and experience.

- Are experienced in event management.

- preferably have previous project management experience.

- are graphically skilled (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator).

- are experienced in the food and start up environment.

- are a mission-driven go-getter with a hands-on mentality who is able to deliver work from conceptualization to implementation.

- have excellent fluent and written Italian and English skills.

- are living in Milano or surroundings.
