The Lely Center ensures the highest customer satisfaction and efficiency for farmers in compliance with Lely's strategy and vision for the farm of the future. Key responsibilitiesGrowing the adoption and market share of Lely's full product portfolio and services and increasing the use of robotics. Organizes the generation of leads locally, as well as customer loyalty events such as open farm days, information days and exhibitions as set in the annual marketing & communication plan.

Arranges the transport of resources and materials.

Takes the lead in the evaluation and reporting of events. Monitors customer satisfaction survey results, delegating feedback to the relevant Lely Center team members with a problem-solving mind-set. Supports Corporate and Cluster marketing activities such as participation in national and international events when required. Is responsible for the corporate branding of the Lely Center and the employees, ensuring that all marketing and communication items are in line with the corporate identity and Lely guidelines. Develops and increases brand awareness by means of advertising (online & printed). Ensures that the Lely Center website is up-to-date and in line with Lely guidelines. Creates newsletters and manages social media accounts. Creates and develops local content such as testimonials, videos, photography and articles for on- and offline communication channels in accordance with Lely guidelines and ensures that this content is properly mapped in the customer journey according to Lely inbound strategy. Skills/profileDegree/diploma in Marketing and/or Communication. At least 1 year experience in a similar role. Fluent in business English, Italian mother tongue. Attentive to details, creative, well organized in planning and focused on execution. Ability to work in a team. Experience with Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Availability to participate in company events. Availability to travel in Italy or abroad (The Netherlands) if/when necessary. Driving license and personal car.
