We are searching for an innovative mechanical engineer, even without experience, willing to learn and collaborate with other teams to face and solve critical issues in the PCB industry. Role and Responsibility The resource will be included in the R&D mechanical team and will work on: Design of new mechanical assemblies for the different subsystems of the tool; Writing all the documentation related to the newly designed parts/assemblies including the procedures to mount these on the tool for the manufacturing team; Supporting the manufacturing team as needed; Analyzing the assemblies to reduce the costs of the existing tools. Reporting The resource will be included in the R&D mechanical team and work under the direction of the technical leader. For non-technical reasons, the resource will report directly to the R&D Manager. Required Skills The ideal candidate: Has a Mechanical Engineer Master's degree; Has good knowledge of CAD software tools for mechanical design; Has good knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transport in different materials; Has good knowledge of the English language (B2, at least); Is curious and wants to learn; Has innovative ideas and is not afraid to try, even if failing; Is patient, as R&D work requires different iterations to find the best solution sometimes; Offers different viewpoints to the technical leader; Likes teamwork, collaborating with others in R&D; Wants to work in an international environment confronting very demanding customers.
