Within the European retail network, the Junior Merchandiser must provide support in ensuring the stores' product assortment according to the budget, regular analysis and market evaluation.

To also drive performance in stores across Europe and support Merchandising Manager on execution of all RTW and Fur launches.

**Main Responsibilities

Support the creation of feedback to HQ on products, customer behaviour, competitors, business opportunities.

Provide weekly and monthly reports.

As well as setting retail targets and monitoring sales against these.

Support the validation of proposed assortment and define quantities and sizing.

Participation in the sales plan definition process by category and by store.

Support on all VIC pre orders during fashion show, as well as all in season requests from stores.

Nourish relationships and category understanding within stores and markets by regular presence in stores 20% of the time.

Increase client advisors' competencies in the stores through regular trainings on selling and product launches.

Work alongside training team to ensure all stores are giving customers a proper presentation of the category.

**Profile**:

Fluent English;

University degree;

1 / 2 years' experience in Luxury product Merchandising;

Knowledge of the main market players and strong sense of fashion;

Ability to understand current market trends and buying strategy;

Excellent merchandising skills with attention to detail;

Skills in the analysis of sales and market data;

Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively

Proficiency in excel and powerpoint
