Junior/Middle Saas Sales Executive
DSCOVR a dynamic and fast-growing startup, is revolutionizing the way sales networks are managed and incentivized through our cutting-edge SaaS platform ( https://www.dscovr-teams. io/it ) We are seeking a highly motivated Junior/Middle SaaS Sales Executive to become a key player in our Sales team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our innovative product by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads, ultimately contributing to the company's success.
What You Will Do: 1.
Research, Prospecting, and Qualification: Actively seek new business opportunities using strategic research and prospecting techniques.
Identify potential customers and assess their interest and suitability as qualified leads based on company criteria.

Initial Contact: Use all available communication channels (phone, email, etc. )
to connect with prospects and arrange meetings.
Take ownership of the first meeting, ensuring a strong introduction to DSCOVR's SaaS platform and setting the stage for further engagement.
3.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored product demos and presentations, identifying client needs and proposing solutions aligned with their requirements.
4.
Client Management: Support clients in effectively using our SaaS platform and build lasting relationships to facilitate re-selling, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement impactful lead-generation strategies.
Engage prospects and clients in company-hosted events and initiatives.
Work closely with the Product team to gather and prioritize valuable customer feedback and insights.
Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are meticulously recorded in the CRM system.
Requirements An attitude in sales or customer service roles Passion for technology and Saas platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Dscovr's operational headquarters is in Milan and the team works both in presence (3) and smartworking (2), offering flexibility in operating mode and schedule.
The position offered is a full-time permanent contract, with compensation in line with your experience and market values.
In addition to fixed compensation you will have a variable commensurate with company goals and several learning opportunities to be defined according to the best career path.
We work on Macbooks that we give to each person.
