**Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield's office experts help our international clients, both landlords and tenants, identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements.

As a Junior Consultant your objective is to support team members to manage national and international clients to achieve their real estate targets.

To fulfil this goal, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate Market and develop a true passion for this sector.

An Associate will be tutoring you.

In addition, you will be closely coached by other members of Office Agency team.

**Your responsibilities

- You will gain understanding of our commercial and marketing strategy;

- You will prepare pitches, market presentations, reports, and negotiation documentation such as RFP, NBO and BO;

- You will attend and support every stage of negotiation, from site inspection to lease signature;

- You will help update internal databases with collected data;

- You will support senior members of the team in guiding tenants in their search for new office locations,

- You will manage reporting activities for Landlords and building promotion.

**Your skills

- Fluency in English and Italian is needed to be considered for the role;

- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- You have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently

- You are perseverant, resilient and you are able to manage stressful situations

- You are a proactive and enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independently

- Above all, you have a positive and friendly personality.

**Your experience

- Previous experience in the agency field in the real estate industry

- You have a good academic background with international experiences
