About the job
**Our Team**:
The Omnichannel Transformation Specialist will be part of the Omnichannel transformation team and will be in charge to support the implementation and execution of the omnichannel roadmap and engagement activities by collaborating with marketing teams.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Partner with the BU's for all the omnichannel projects and guide brand teams in defining the best omnichannel approach in line with the brand objectives;
- Work closely with Marketing team to implement the omnichannel strategy executing and tracking digital initiatives according to the BU's priorities, building and orchestrating the customer journey, with the right channel mix to digitally amplify contents, also evaluating new channels
- Drive adoption and provides ongoing optimization based on KPI and measurement assessments; and coordinate the monitoring and sharing of Omnichannel performance at BU level
- Work closely with Channel Activation Lead to find the best solution to address BUs needs
- Lead/support local adoption of Global ad hoc projects
- Develop and provide a structured data analysis, producing detailed reports identifying key trends and patterns, interpreting the data into practical and useful recommendations to support strategic objectives.
- Is responsible to ensure the right tracking (UTM, TAG etc. . ) of all digital activities in order to ensure customer behavioral data
- Work closely with Data analyst to ensure that data set are configured correctly for reporting and optimization.
About you

- **Experience**: An experience in the role is considered a preferential requirement.

- Ability to translate complex data into a format that others will understand
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work on own initiative
- Ability to understand the different brand objectives
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Business acumen
- Strong agile approach to work and ability to operate in complex environment
- **Technical skills**:
- Project Management skills
- Strong omnichannel expertise
- Strong knowledge of digital infrastructure assets
- Advanced knowledge of CRM & CMS platform
- Analytical skills; have an advanced understanding of Google Analytics and other digital analysis tools
- **Education**: Degree in Economics or similar.
- **Languages**: Excellent knowledge of English language.
