- We operate a hybrid work model, 3 days in the office, and Monday and Friday WFH. _

**About You**:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, hard-working individual who is happy working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

**Minimum of 1 Years' experience** in On-boarding, AML or KYC.

It is also essential that all applicants have excellent written and spoken communication skills and are confident communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels and providing challenge to the status quo.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

- Authenticating documentation provided by clients using available software and provided training.

- Completing Client Risk Assessments (CRAs) including AML KYC on new and existing clients.

- Conducting client screening related to sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks.

- Ensure all new accounts have their respective correct settings applied, i. e.

asset type, base currency, charging, managed accounts, etc.

- Support all front office teams and international offices in maintaining a high level of service and SLA time for clients.

- Provide all new account holders with appropriate account opening communication.
