Junior Operation Support

We are looking for a Support Specialist, who can join our O&S team to support current resources in operations activities, both internal and to our customers.

**Skills required

- **Passion**:operational support requires a good ability to adapt to various situations.

- **Graphics**:basic knowledge of using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch

- **Web**:basic knowledge of html and css language. You know how to use, at a basic level, platforms such as MaiUp and MailChimp.

- **Willing to learn and get involved**:you are willing to expand your knowledge **. **:

- **Proficient in English**:you read and write competently and speak at a conversational level.

- Ability to work in a team.

- Carry out assignments independently.

- Accuracy and careful attention to detail.

- Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.

**What you will do

- You will be responsible for uploading to Web sites multimedia material

- Maintaining Web sites (editing html pages) and creating digital materials for our clients.

- You will produce newsletters (mainly in html) after building the templates following the graphic directions provided by our internal Creative Technology Team.

- You will handle digital graphic materials or be involved in the development of small graphic work.
