Job Description: Adecco Consultant is looking for a Junior Operations & Customer Care Specialist in Milan for an Italian company that is a leader in providing technological solutions for managing IROPs, passenger assistance, and crew management.
The candidate will be integrated into a young and dynamic team and will aim to support airport and transportation operations by providing assistance to airlines that may require intervention at any time.
Responsibilities: Operational support in organizing, managing, and following up on IROP activities (flight cancellations, delays, and diversions); Organization and management of the supplier line for the correct and efficient organization of requested services.
Requirements: Good knowledge of Italian and English; Good knowledge of the Office package; Knowledge of a third language is appreciated; Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a team.
Work schedule: 3 shifts; the operational control center is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.
