As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Operations Assistant to join our Sales team based in our Milan office.

The role The Junior Operations Assistant role will cover a wide range of admin tasks, liaising with multiple departments within the company and providing support to the Country Manager. The Junior Operations Assistant will:

Support the Italian Country Manager with a number of admin tasksAssist with the creation of PowerPoint presentationsWork on different Excel reports, using pivot tables and analysing Sales dataEnsure all relevant documentation has been received/presented to customers, check legal documentsInteract with the Sales department and support with back office activitiesManage the relationship with different BU (Legal, Finance, Delivery)Take charge of sales queries and requests (commercial negotiations, payment discounts or extensions etc. )RequirementsOur ideal Junior Operations Assistant will have previous experience in a commercial fast-paced environment, with an academic background in Economics or Business Administration.
