We're seeking a **Junior Operations Officer** to manage and optimize operations at our CRA headquarters in Turin.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the management of our facility at Corso Quintino Sella 26 and coordinate with suppliers.

- Manage contracts and maintain smooth operations at CRA Design headquarters.

- Ensure IT infrastructure (servers, backups, software, and hardware) is up and running.

- Optimize resource allocation across project locations.

- Support the workforce with seamless logistics and operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture (required).

- Experience in operational management.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
