Euronet seeks to employ an adaptable Junior Operations Specialist to support and oversee the operational activities of our ATM network throughout Italy.

The successful candidate will be based in the Milan office and will be part of a Global Operational organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with third-party service providers (Security, Installation, Transportation, Cash in Transit, ATM maintenance, Telecommunications, etc. ) to ensure smooth ATM operations. Monitor ATM performance, quickly addressing faults and acting as the main contact for on-site engineers and technicians. Support new ATM installations by assisting the sales team and communicating with clients when required. Maintain and manage ATM inventory, track site status, and analyze network performance, generating reports and KPIs for internal and client use. Assist in operational projects by coordinating with central functions (Operations, IT, Finance) and local suppliers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Technical diploma. 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Information Technology, or Technical Help Desk functions. Experience in technical rollouts is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and good knowledge of relational databases and data analysis tools. Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. Eligibility to work in the EU on a full-time and permanent basis without employer sponsorship. COMPETENCIES: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
