What you'll be doingAs a Junior Operations Specialist, you will support our team by ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in day-to-day operations. You will be contributing to that vision by…Assisting in managing operational processes, including import freight, to ensure a smooth and timely workflow. Maintaining accurate data in the operating system and monitoring daily tasks. Supporting timely delivery and document submission as required. Assisting with client invoicing and providing excellent customer service. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and customer requirements. Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. Following and updating standard operating procedures. Working towards achieving KPI targets as per company standards. Demonstrating the company values in daily activities. What skills experience you'll bring to usA Secondary School Diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Up to 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations (internship experience is welcome). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of operational processes or documentation is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). A strong customer service orientation and eagerness to learn. Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian.
